Sophron

“Mindscape” is a webcomic series that explores how the Id, Ego, and Super Ego hold the mind and body together through trauma and clinical depression. (Think “Inside Out” but through the mind of a college senior)

Sophron is the Super Ego. Her job is to be aware of social behavioral expectations and encourage the mind to conform to external pressures. In a trauma effected mind, she demands that all personal needs be masked and suppressed in order to maintain outward appearances.
